Vila Sole Interiors
Set within the landscape of Fazenda Boa Vista, Vila Sole organizes its interior design through a dialogue between classical European references and Brazilian design, structuring art, furniture, and materials in continuity with the architecture. The entrance hall establishes the tone of the house with L’EDEN wallpaper by de Gournay, which envelops the space, while a black-and-white marble floor in a traditional checkerboard pattern introduces a graphic, classical foundation. The Rio chaise by Oscar Niemeyer serves as the focal point, and the space was selected to appear in Eclectic by Sig Bergamin, published by Assouline. In the social areas, integration with the garden guides the layout, combining upholstered pieces with furniture by Jader Almeida and Sergio Rodrigues, alongside sisal rugs, handcrafted ceramics, and collected objects. The art curation includes works by Mariana Palma and Cássio Vasconcellos. The dining room features woven-fiber and wood chairs, while the bedrooms maintain floral wallpapers, solid wood furniture, and quilted check textiles. In the pool area, wooden furnishings and geometric blue fabrics extend the living spaces outdoors, consolidating a language defined by proportion, materiality, and careful editing.
