Calm Santuactuary Apartment

In this apartment, the interior architecture starts from a classical base to build an atmosphere of visual quiet. The layout privileges proportion, symmetry, and continuity, creating a framework that allows art and furniture to take center stage. A palette of off-whites, beiges, and soft greens establishes a backdrop against which textures gain relevance. Byblos fabric curtains by Nobilis add density to the living room, while armchairs are upholstered in geometric Babelia by Dedar and Opio Orzo by Pierre Frey, composing an interplay between materiality and graphic expression. Art structures the space with curatorial precision. Works by Wallace Pato, Vik Muniz, Lescher, and Janaina Mello Landini define visual axes and compositional rhythm, taking on an architectural role. In the living room, the Atomic pendant acts as a focal point, complemented by the 24 Karat Blau floor lamp with gold leaf, while a painting by Daniel Senise reinforces the graphic dimension of the ensemble. The furniture, predominantly mid-century and modern, combines generous volumes and clean lines in wood, natural stone, and substantial textiles. Classical elements, such as the canopy bed, are reinterpreted through an essential design language. Targeted use of black and gold introduces contrast and depth. The result is an interior conceived as a continuous composition, where architecture, art, and design operate in harmony.
