Alvorada Collection
The Alvorada Collection is the result of the collaboration between Sig Bergamin & Murilo Lomas and the brand +55design, and it offers a reinterpretation of Brazilian modernist furniture through a contemporary lens. The line brings together six pieces produced entirely in Brazil, including sofas, armchairs, sideboards, and tables. Each design explores the tension between geometric shapes and organic lines, combining noble materials like solid wood, leather, and glass. Sig and Murilo’s curatorial eye favors the dialogue between contrasts: sober tones meet vibrant accents, smooth surfaces are set against rich textures, and modernist tradition receives doses of daring irreverence. Standouts such as the Relevo Armchair, with generous upholstery and a sculptural base, and the Desvio Sofa, with clean lines and geometric forms, exemplify the balance between comfort and elegance. The Flora Sideboard introduces fluidity and refinement, while the Arco tables combine modern curves with wood, leather, and glass. More than just furniture, the Alvorada Collection invites reflection on new ways of living. By blending the duo’s eclectic vision with +55design’s contemporary aesthetic, the pieces celebrate a “dawn” of sensations, where design keeps pace with real life and proposes furniture with soul, capable of telling stories and being reinvented.
